Rocky Romero on how he ended up wrestling Bryan Danielson on AEW DYNAMITE:
“’ We want to bring someone in to wrestle Bryan [Danielson],’ and I was like, ‘Yeah okay cool,’ not thinking it was going to be me, and [Tony Khan] goes, ‘Oh no, it’s you! I want to bring you in to wrestle Bryan.’ I was like, ‘Me? Okay, let’s do it!’”
Rocky Romero on making his AEW debut:
“That was that moment where I wrestled J.D. [Drake] on DARK and Trent came out, and I think Trent was still injured at that time, and we had that big hug at the end and the high five… It was just a really, really cool moment.”
