Weapons of Mass Destruction Match for MLW National Openweight Championship: Jacob Fatu (c) vs. Rickey Shane Page
Fatu and Page start brawling right away. Fatu dives onto Page at ringside. Back in the ring, Fatu maintains the advantage. The champion throws a chair at Page. Page throws Fatu onto a chair. Page grinds a chair onto Fatu’s foot and gouges it with a strike. The challenger drops Fatu with a rolling elbow. Page continues to gouge Fatu’s foot, this time with an unhooked turnbuckle. Page puts a military helmet on and headbutts Fatu. Fatu rallies and dives onto Page.
Fatu hits a standing moonsault and drops Page with a Falcon Arrow. Fatu pulls out a gas can. He dives into Page with a senton onto the floor. Fatu slams Page through a board. Page dumps Fatu to the outside. Fatu dodges a dive, so Page lands hard on a ladder. Fatu holds Page’s face on top of an explosion within a box. AKIRA runs in and attacks Fatu. Page and AKIRA double-team Fatu. Fatu dodges a kick from AKIRA and rallies. Page kicks Fatu and drops him with a DDT onto a chair for the win..

A video package highlights Matt Cardona’s feud with Mance Warner.
Backstage, Mance Warner airs out his feet, which clearly smell, based on the reactions of his Second Gear Crew stablemates. Warner hypes up his match against Cardona and says he’ll be taking his boots off so Cardona can kiss his feet. “Mancer” says he wants to “beat that ass” and make Cardona kiss his feet.
Sessions with Saint Laurent
Mister Saint Laurent hypes up his new talk show and talks about Matt Cardona’s match against Mance Warner. He calls his guest the biggest return in MLW history. Salina de la Renta is revealed as the guest, as she has returned to MLW. She says MLW hasn’t been the same without her. Salina questions the lack of lucha. Laurent asks Salina if she had something to do with Cesar Duran’s disappearance, and she says, “What do you think?” Salina says MLW’s new pipeline through Mexico will be running through her, and her first talent will be revealed at MLW Slaughterhouse. Salina makes it clear that she’s back, and she’s coming for revenge and gold.
Maki Itoh vs. B3CCA – Winner Gets A Shot At MLW World Women’s Featherweight Championship
B3CCA challenges Itoh to a sing-off. Itoh starts singing, and B3CCA attacks her from behind. Itoh hits B3CCA with a kendo stick and takes control. B3CCA drills Itoh with a stiff strike and drops her with a back-breaker. B3CCA grounds Itoh and starts singing. Itoh fires back with some strikes. Itoh gets a two-count with a roll-up. They trade blows. Itoh tells B3CCA to “kiss her ass” and drills B3CCA with some punches.
B3CCA gains the upper hand and dumps Itoh with a TKO. Itoh locks in a double-leg Boston crab, but B3CCA reaches the ropes. Itoh slams B3CCA onto the apron. B3CCA dodges a headbutt, slams Itoh, and hits the World Tour.
Winner: B3CCA
Love, Doug comes out and gives B3CCA a gift. B3CCA blows him off and walks away.
Kiss My Foot Match: Matt Cardona (with MSL) vs. Mance Warner
Before the match, Cardona gets a microphone and insults Philadelphia. He says he’s here in MLW for the buzz, money, and gold. The match begins, and Cardona avoids Warner early on. Warner gains the upper hand. Cardona hits a DDT onto the floor. Back in the ring, Cardona hits the Reboot with a chair. Warner sends Cardona through a chair. Warner levels Cardona with a lariat. Cardona gouges Warner’s eyes and slams him onto some chairs. Warner nails Cardona with a knee strike, but MSL puts Cardona’s foot on the ropes to break up the pin. Cardona hits Warner below the belt and gets the win with the Radio Silence.
Winner: Matt Cardona
MLS gets in a chair and demands Warner to kiss his foot and Cardona’s. They both take off a shoe. Warner bites Laurent’s foot, throws a chair at Cardona, and fights him off. He also bites Warner’s foot again.
Ichiban vs. Tracy Williams
Ichiban and Williams feel each other out early on. Williams slams Ichiban. Ichiban rallies with a headscissors takedown and a flurry of offense. Williams fires back and grounds Ichiban. “Hot Sauce” sends Ichiban to the outside with a DDT. The match spills out of the ring, and Williams maintains the advantage. Ichiban rallies. A dive to the outside gives Ichiban even more momentum. Ichiban slams Williams for the win.
Winner: Ichiban
KUSHIDA vs. Tony Deppen
KUSHIDA and Deppen feel each other out. The NJPW star sends Deppen to the outside. Back in the ring, they continue to battle for positioning. Deppen takes control and grounds KUSHIDA. He maintains the advantage. Deppen suplexes KUSHIDA and keeps him grounded. He gets a two count with a diving double stomp. A pin attempt earns Deppen a two count. KUSHIDA rocks Deppen with a kick. KUSHIDA hits a somersault senton while Deppen is seated in a chair. Deppen gets a two count with a sunset flip. He gets a near fall with a small package.
KUSHIDA rallies and goes for the Hoverboard Lock, but Deppen evades it. He stacks KUSHIDA up for a two count. KUSHIDA nails him with a stiff shot to the face. KUSHIDA hits Back to the Future for the win.
Winner: KUSHIDA
Deppen refuses to shake KUSHIDA’s hand.
The broadcast team announces that Minoru Suzuki is coming to MLW Slaughterhouse on October 14.
MLW World Heavyweight Championship: Alex Kane (c) vs. Willie Mack
Mack and Kane square off. The challenger drops Kane with a stiff strike. Mack maintains the advantage, and he is entirely in control early on. He dives onto Kane at ringside. They brawl at ringside, and Mack dives into Kane. Kane grounds Mack and hits a splash onto the apron.
Kane hits another splash onto the apron. Kane continues to control the action. The champion suplexes Kane. Mack suplexes Kane. Mack rallies again. He dives onto Kane at ringside. Kane drops Mack with a Spear. Mack gets a two count with a spinebuster. Kane dumps Mack with the Kan-emaker. He slams Mack again for a two count. Kane locks in a chokehold, and the referee calls for the bell.
