Impact Wrestling just announced earlier today via their official Twitter account that Tessa Blanchard became the new Impact Knockouts Champion. It was also later leaked by TMZ Sports. This is the second time this year that Impact Wrestling has released a huge title change to the public before it airs on TV. The first time was when Austin Aries re-debuted with Impact and won the title off of Eli Drake the same night. It worked for them the first time gaining more viewers to tune in, are they trying to strike lightning in a bottle twice?
